〈DeEpR:Nontraditional Drug Technology and Organ theft〉

What is DeEpR? A term used in the dark web that signifies the extraordinary hallucinogenic experience it offers beyond imagination. It challenges conventional notions of drug abuse and other social issues typically associated with drugs. DeEpR itself is not a drug traditionally and should be regarded as a criminal technology.

The functioning principle of DeEpR

This technology operates by employing transCranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) to stimulate specific areas of the brain, triggering the release of dopamine and awakening pleasurable memories of the user. While immersed in these memories, users may experience addictive behavior due to the unique brainwave stimulation, leading to a blurring of reality and fiction. Currently, the police can not ascertain whether the addiction mechanisms of DeEpR are similar to those of traditional drugs.

The Dreadfulness of DeEpR

Users must arrive at the designated place to utilize the specific and unreplicable direct current electrical waves provided by criminal organizations in order to stimulate specific areas of the brain. Exploiting this characteristic, criminal organizations collaborate with illicit clinics and deceive users into signing the death consent form, agreeing to be intentionally and unlawfully murdered by euthanasia, to obtain illegal organs and circumvent regulations. The current legislation allowing euthanasia without family consent makes it difficult for law enforcement to trace the perpetrators. The police are aware that some organs have entered the dark web market. Unlike commonly available bio-replicated and artificial organs, precious human organs are scarce and command exorbitant prices on the black market. Reliable sources have indicated that certain prominent political figures and celebrities who ended their lives through euthanasia were actually victims of DeEpR. This revelation, exposed by ER magazine, has caused a significant uproar in society. The main reason for the controversy is that tDCS has been proven effective in treating conditions such as insomnia and depression over the past five years, and tDCS is a key technology employed in DeEpR. Consequently, some individuals question whether government agencies were involved in concealing the spread of DeEpR, leading to a wave of questioned voice in the metaverse. As of the time of writing, the Office of the President has yet to respond to any inquiries regarding DeEpR.
